Charisma is a six-piece band with diverse performing experience. We can easily customize our repertoire to suit your needs, from soft ballads to driving dance music. Over the past decade, Charisma has consistently been rated one of the top live dance bands serving Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.  In addition to weddings, we provide live entertainment at private parties, fundraisers, and corporate events.
Charisma also offers musical accompaniment to your cocktail hour or wedding ceremony. Our guitarist or pianist can play classical compositions during your ceremony, creating a beautiful musical background.  Cocktail hour jazz piano, classical guitar, or a jazz duo or trio can also easily be arranged.

The Verve Jazz Ensemble

The Verve Jazz Ensemble is a contemporary jazz group playing standards and original material. Shelton, Connecticut native Jon Blanck performs on tenor saxophone, writes, and arranges on each of the group's albums. Their albums have reached the heights of the jazz radio charts. Connect the Dots reached #1 in 2018, It's About Time hit #5, and East End Sojourn #8 on the JazzWeek Radio Chart.
